These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the bookkeeping services provided by GridBK ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to GridBK, you agree to these Terms.
GridBK provides monthly bookkeeping services. We process your bank and credit card transaction data files and deliver financial statements including a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and General Ledger. We are not a licensed accounting firm and do not provide tax advice, audit services, or financial planning.
GridBK is billed monthly at the rate displayed at signup, plus applicable taxes. Payment is processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month. If payment fails, we will retry up to three times. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account will be paused and you will not receive upload reminders or financial reports until payment is resolved.
Late uploads (after the 5th) may be processed in the following month's cycle.
Your financial data is stored securely on our servers and backed up regularly. We do not sell, share, or disclose your financial data to third parties except as required by law. We use your email address solely to communicate with you about your account and deliver your reports.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
We process your financial data based on the files you provide and categorization rules we maintain on your behalf. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late data submissions. Our financial statements are for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it will be permanently deleted.
GridBK's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, penalties, or interest assessed by tax authorities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
